When our grass is not greener elsewhere

Currently in our society showing existing violence in the world,  among others. One sees and reads on corruption, terrorist attacks, the drugs and the domination of women by some groups. It is because human rights are being violated. But what is here is so different?

Canada, among other countries, reported rates of assaults and sexual harassment on the highest workplace, according to the international labour office in its report on the global study of violence at work (ILO, 1998) (1).

Would have the situation changed? Not really. "Violence in the workplace is a harsh reality in health care organizations. Although most often associated violence in the workplace physical violence on the part of users, it is not limited to assault, but includes also, by the share of users and leaders "rudeness, verbal intimidation, the dissemination of rumors, the lyrics and threatening gestures and harassment" and "most of the incidents of violence in the workplace. As the verbal or psychological abuse are never reported» (Accreditation Canada, 2015) (2).

Violence in the workplace covers a broad spectrum of unacceptable behaviour. It includes incidents where workers are abused, threatened, pushed to make out his physical limitations; they are the subject of discrimination or are assaulted in circumstances related to their work, including during their journey to and from the place of work and a threat to their safety, their health and their well-being:
-a concentration disproportionately of women at lower levels and of jobs and less pay, making them more vulnerable than those occupying the functions of power;
-an absence of measures to protect women from legislation to policy on the workplace, social and cultural pressures discouraging women to defend their own droits.

Women are frequently victims of discrimination and bullying in the workplace, including sexual harassment. Course, discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation may affect men as much as women. It is noted that gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender groups do not have a Union list of representation that will help them to enforce their rights, especially equal opportunities to get a job or be advanced health care.

Forms of violence against women:

-mockery (your accent, your clothing or personal look, your questionable health status, what you do in your free time as sick in the inattention around of your complaints; the overestimation of your condition);

-stigma (describes reactions or feelings against a group or an individual on the basis of certain characteristics such as sex, colour, religion, State of health, the sexual orientation or any other quality.) It is very often caused by a lack of understanding - as erroneous information and ideas, fear of the unknown or simply due to intolerance);

-harassment (to be called in sick condition several times by colleagues that you insist go you to work, take news on your State, i.e. the advancement of the folder, etc.; calls with insistence by human resources that seem to be deaf ear around your unavailability for work to be sick; pass whenever your employer decides as if you were - a clown, a supposed expertise (that are only opinions) paid by him (conflict of interest);

-intromission in civilian life, in other words the arbitrary interference in the private life of others is illegal both by the Civil law as para human rights (UN, 1948, Article 12) (4):

"No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Any person has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or such abuses ".

Physical abuse is the use of physical force against another person causing physical and/or psychological harm. Examples include the fact of push, pinch, beating, slapping, give kicked, stabbed, shots or even rape. The lack of diagnostic and treatment appropriate to his condition of health by the accidentes occupational diseases with negative impact on health and well-being, will not be a not - t - they a form of violence against women in employment? Deny a sufficient number of breaks - pee, coffee - breaks, overload the employees tasks outside of its physical and mental forces, knowing which affect health and the safe continuation of tasks, not will be not-does a form of violence? Yes, it is.

«Any injustice against a single person, represents a threat to all». Montesquieu

Psychological violence is an abuse of power, including the threat of resorting to physical force or to do something that you will hurt, against another person or another group that may cause injury to their physical, mental, spiritual, moral or social welfare.

Can be one of stigma and discrimination and this can take several forms: verbal abuse, bullying/intimidation and threats. Abuse of power is exacerbated by gender inequality and find expression in sexual harassment and discrimination.
Similarly, racist attitudes lead to racial harassment and discrimination. Long underrated psychological violence seems now more common than physical violence (who-ILO-CIE, 2002) (op.cit.3).

Vocabulary to hold dear:

assault/attack - behavior intended to hurt or physically harming another person, including sexual assault.

Abuse - behaviour that humiliates, degrades or otherwise indicates a lack of respect for the dignity and worth of a person.

Intimidation/bullying - attempts vindictive, cruel or malicious repeated to humiliate or decrease an individual or groups of employees.

Harassment - similar to abuse but can also include the retention of information or resources to complicate the work of an agent. The behavior can target particular characteristics of the victim, for example, in terms of age, gender, race, religion, language, handicap, sexual orientation, or a reason for her HIV status. Stalking, is a line dedicated to establish fear in others. Three dimensions need to be explored in link: temporal aspect of the reprobate Act, the emotional aspect of the person harassed and the intentional aspect of the conduct of the harasser.
Threat - promise of physical force or power use (i.e. psychological force) resulting in fear of injury physical, sexual, psychological or other negative consequences for individuals or target groups.

The United Nations defines violence against women as follows:

"All acts of violence directed against women and causing sex or cause harm to women or suffering physical, sexual or psychological, including threats of such acts, coercion or arbitrary deprivation of liberty, whether in public or in private life"19
This violence includes the following: 20 physical: hitting, choking, beating. Assault with the hands or an object. Threatening with a knife or a gun. Commit murder.
Sexual violence: impose an unwanted activity of a sexual nature by threats, intimidation or physical force. Emotional or verbal abuse: humiliating and degrading comment about the body or the behaviour of a woman. The force to lend itself to degrading acts. The confined at home. Destroy or damage his belongings. Threaten to kill her or kill her children. Threaten to commit suicide.
Emotional or verbal abuse: humiliating and degrading comment about the body or the behaviour of a woman. The force to lend itself to degrading acts. The confined at home. Destroy or damage his belongings. Threaten to kill her or kill her children. Threaten to commit suicide.

The economic or financial abuse: stealing money or objects of value owned by a woman or her deny access (particularly worrying situation for women). The force to work or deny him the right to work. Spiritual abuse: use the religion of a woman or her spiritual beliefs to manipulate, dominate or control it.
Stalking: monitor a woman's persistent, malicious and unwanted way. Porter reached her privacy in a manner that poses a threat to his personal safety"(FONDATION CANADIENNE DES FEMMES, s/f) (5).

«264. (1) No person shall, except lawful authority, to act with respect to a person knowing that she feels harassed or without worrying what she feels harassed if the Act in question to reasonably fear - given the context - for her safety or that of one of his acquaintances. ''
((2) constitutes an act prohibited under subsection (1), the fact, as the case may be, of: has) follow this person or any of his knowledge of repeatedly; b) communicate repeated, even indirectly, with the person or one of his acquaintances; (c) identify or monitor his dwelling house or the place where this person or his knowledge resides, works, carries out its professional activity or lies; (d) behave in a threatening manner in respect of that person or of a member of his family". Criminal Code (R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46)

A chaotic example of this abuse we have it in the acceptance of spinning surprise justified by the superior court. The example publicized it was spinning a beneficiaries clerk who worked at the Centre de santé et services sociaux Vallée-de-la-Gatineau (CSSSVG) which had been followed and filmed to check the presence of pain that she said felt shoulder (Le droit, 2016) (6).

Arbitration had concluded that the reasons given by the doctor of the employer to justify spinning were not reasonable (ethically, not by law) and that the admission of the video evidence "would bring the administration of justice into disrepute. Despite this, the Superior Court has invoked "reasonable grounds""The employer did not act arbitrarily or randomly", and that he "had reasonable grounds to submit the employee monitoring. "Accordingly, the video of this monitoring is not a violation of his right to private life", reads the decision of judge Therrien.

The judge continues to explain "the admission into evidence of the video is therefore not likely to bring into disrepute the administration of justice, since it aims to establish the actual capabilities and limitations of the employee, an element in the heart of the dispute. We returned to the concept of criminal law. In words of Santerre, the "reorganization of a disorganized crime: criminal harassment" (7).

What is at the heart of the dispute is the money not justice. The only person that may know as she feels it is itself. Worse, there are diagnostic means to establish the course of a wrong physics and a ton of references to scientific literature to corroborate what happens during an injury professional or not, with its signs and the most frequent symptoms.

We must also bear in mind that 2 x 2 is 4 does not apply to the peerless human condition because every being has a singular identity condition which is given by its genetic heritage and its psychology, therefore, very personal.

Needed by the employer and by the doctor (paid by the first) to violate a fundamental right, a civil law, sentenced in criminal law? Remember - us medical duty is good and nice to hear the complaint of his client to avoid major complications,  not to indicate forward them to someone.

Think that the doctor is not in solo, there of reports and assessments made by other interveners, including chiropractors, physiotherapists, kinesiologists, nurses in rotation but that more or less follow close to the person *. What does all this documentation is held into account in litigation? Or only the voice of a doctor paid by the same employer by the person who is under the NCSST because in both cases the money comes from the employer - is held as a revealed truth?

Let us remember that an employer, especially on behalf of the Government of Québec, is subject to the laws and recommendations emanated internationally by the international organization of labour (ILO) (8) (9) which since adapt to national, provincial and local context.

Similarly, it has to respect human rights. It can do more than these recommendations in respect of improvement but not less. Note, therefore, that the State is mixed at the provincial level and the legal administrative level. Is what does the filming was able to actually show the presence of pain? The filming can demonstrate nothing more than a rays x, a myography, MRI, etc.

The dismal corollary of all this history it has given more power to those that already have many, opening the doors to require still more, without limits and oppress in legality.

The basic problem is the misogynist: is the woman - used in this case - suspected of immoral (legacy of the paradigm) patriarchal and the myth of the poor boss (male / State) poorly remunerated for giving a job where an employee who ingratement (in connection) had been injured.

The authorities demonstrate exactly the contrary, more honesty among employees than employers. In the foreign jurisprudence because our need to consider more porch. Perhaps put it under spinning?

"-Convention on the elimination of all forms of discrimination against women, States parties shall... ensure that [women]... access to... specific lessons of educational agenda aimed at ensuring the health and well-being of families, including information and advice on family planning...". States parties shall take all appropriate measures to eliminate discrimination against women in the field of care of family... States parties... [must].. .ensuring... that women in rural areas... [have] access to adequate services in the field of health, including information, advice and services in family planning... »articles 10, 12 and 14.

"Women have the right to enjoy the best possible state of physical and mental health. The enjoyment of this right is vital to their life and well-being, and for their ability to participate in all public and private activities. Health is a State of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease... The emotional, social and physical well-being is determined by the social, political and economic context as well... Measures to be taken:... " - Platform for action, para. 89-106.

The causes of this violence lie in the existence, in society, a belief that the needs, feelings, and beliefs of a person or a group of people are more valuable or more important than another person or another group. This fundamental inequality creates a justification psychological but not rational for acts such as humiliation, intimidation, control, violence and even murder.

This same argument was held by the Nazis to justify these aberrations. Let us not forget the five nurses who committed suicide in the year 2010 following injuries forgotten to return to work. And what ago around the employées et employés left disabled by life? Silence and blind sight to the reported of suffering, distress, anxiety, chronic fatigue, harassment in the hands of physicians with the complicity of the unions syndicalist.

In time to play the villains with the vulnerable and empower victims of accidents at work, the right should be fine and beautiful ensure that preventive measures be fulfilled 100% with a "patronage 0" and impose large fines for each condition more workable protective of health and safety in the workplace not misse in place nor respected , as well as any basic dignity and integrity law.
What to say of the lapsing of the list of diseases which are presumed to be professional which is not renewed since the year 1985? Incredibly, the development of scientific knowledge have not arrived in Quebec or the Commission's standards, equity, health and safety of labour (CNESST) (Uttam, s/f).

My (in) human experience in Quebec, Canada

For three years and six months of an accident to work as Clinical nurse where I stay with a spondylolisthesis, two Herniated discs, more tear at the root of the sciatic nerve on the side of right, tremor** (effort-position,higth pain), instability articular sacro - iliac, accompanied by throbbing pain, sensation of intense electrical wires radiating out from the bottom of the back towards the buttocks or thigh, more on the right than on the left.

This pain down the thigh and leg and ending in the foot tends to increase when I move, I cough, I sneeze or I make efforts to go to the saddle. I have tingling, numbness and cramps in the two lower limbs. Found by physiotherapists, on l left side, I have a part of the journey of the nerves sciatic pain and right on the whole. I can not move my own way, less at long distances. I has a shortcut step and an approach of duck with all my organs moved forward which gives the idea of a belly that overflows and does not have a trunk.

Unsteady gait, I rely on a cane walking visa and my right leg rotates inward and backward, phenomenon which begins to the left.  I have constant headaches, with all my back misalign. I have pain at the bottom of the back to reflex and deep breathing to the bottom of the belly, hip to hip. Push my hand against the right buttock raises electrical wires on the thigh and near the thigh.

In the end, my two members are in constant pain. I ban to walk long distances, to remain long time sitting, standing, to put me in position of genuflecting, of roter trunk, look forward and backward, to climb from markets, ultimately, I can do anything.

I can't lift more than 4 Kilos and I do, I see las immediate consequences, but all this is irrelevant by doctors that deepening my disability and my suffering without operated on me and allow me to lead a fulfilling life.  Note that if there is disc herniation causing a sciatic neuralgia, surgery is recommended in severe cases (10). If my case is not severe c ' is what then?

I gained weight, I have intolerance to drugs per sos, my liver and my stomach can no longer, my aesthetic is terribly affected. By orthopedic shoes indicated by reaches neurological there is not money but to pay doctors 100% more expensive there. Everything besides that I was dismissed and of course, filmed without using it can demonstrate nothing. This is negligence and the wickedness of a system that violates the citizen empowerment.

Education and change

It must:

1.Be aware of the fragile human condition and the value of human life.

2. Raising awareness on the presence of the patriarchal paradigm that impregnated to society as a whole resulting from gender inequality.

3. Awareness about the limits of Cartesian paradigm strain, which excluded incompleteness, mistake, the unique possible. Ultimately, change the educational curriculum to the Paradigm Complex Thinking of Edgar Morin, adding pedagogical posture of Paulo Freire.
4.Work, since all domains, with the perspective of respect for basic human rights and principles that ensures good judgement:

I Principles of reason

Principle 1: The principle of explanation complete (Socrates, Plato and Aristotle) the best opinion or theory is one that explains the most data, objectifs and subjects.

Principle 2: The principle of non-contradiction (Plato and Aristotle) of opinions or valid theories must not contain internal contradictions.

Classic formulation: a real being cannot both be and not be the same thing, in the same respect, the same place and at the same time.

Principle 3: The principle of objective evidence (Plato and Aristotle) the non-arbitrary opinions or theories should be based on publicly verifiable evidence.

II. Ethical principles
Principle 4: the principle of non-maleficence (Jesus, Moses and the religious traditions in the world) avoid unnecessary harm; If a damage is unavoidable, minimize it.

Gold rule: Do not to others what you would not have them do unto you.

Principle 5: The principle of the coherent end with the means (Augustin) the end does not justify the means. Principle 6: The principle of human potential (Las Casas).

Avoid unnecessary harm; if damage is unavoidable, minimize it.

Gold rule :  Do not to others what you would not have them do unto you.

Principle 5: The principle of the coherent end with the means  (St-(Augustin)

Principle 6: The principle of human potential (Las Casas)

Every human being (or a group of beings humans) deserves to be evaluated according to the level of full human development and not currently stands at development level.

III. The principles of justice and natural law

Principle 7: The principle of natural rights (Suarez, Locke, Jefferson and Paine)
All human beings humans have in themselves (by virtue of their very existence) the inalienable rights to life, liberty and property; No Government can give these rights and no Government can remove them.

Principle 8: The principle of the fundamental nature of the rights of man (Suarez, Locke and Jefferson) law the most fundamental is that which is necessary for the possibility of others, when there is a conflict, we must resolve it in favour of the most fundamental right.

Principle 9: The principle of the limits of freedom (Locke and Montesquieu) a person (or a group) cannot impose unnecessary burdens to other people (or groups).

IV. The fundamental principle of personal identity and culture

Principle 10: The principle of beneficenceWhen our grass is not greener than elsewhere.

5. It is necessary support its action following the recommendations of the ILO and work to improve them.

6. Recognize the human potential more than the physical envelope.

7. Developing citizen participatory skills

 Conclusion

Awareness of women employed in environments of health or any other area in face of desired and unacceptable behaviour is an important element in the prevention of serious violence, stigma and discrimination in the workplace that begins with the home.

Often the victims and witnesses are afraid to speak out and suffer in silence. Encouragement, stakeholders appropriate to break the silence are therefore of crucial importance.

Develop an alert and beneficent attitude to identify these situations is a critical educational task. Report incidents are a right and a human ethical duty to keep the rights of all.

Learn from the best

In personal and professional life, when we set goals to be achieved, we can draw on the course of others; particularly of the best that stand out have found 'the' approach to succeed. Similarly, we can do to direct the destiny of a nation, a people through the political tests already misses in practice in other countries, saving money and time. Being human nature the same, if that is good for the life of John is good for life Marie and the life of Yuri, in the Russia. What is good by the environment of a nation is good by the planet also.

In a first step, it is much important to determine what we want to achieve and in what proportion. Then, determine the country that it already this setting succeeds. Determine which is the best in a field is not so difficult thanks to the information reported here by the Internet. Since then, it is easy to coordinate meetings to share his experience, their implementation strategies.

Life is more beautiful, in order by the year 2015 (1): Norway (from 3 years), Australia (since 2 years), Switzerland, Denmark and the Netherlands. Why? By their positive report on human development speaking Nations where its people enjoy a better quality of life.

For its part, informed him Mercer (2016) (2) considers the cost of life and the quality of life of the city by the world. This indicator should take note of climate, disease and health standards, ease of communication and the physical distance between the cities. That is not all, local and social policy climate, crime make up the idea of quality of life (QOL). Why? The people are the most important assets from of a nation.

The quality of life of a population is a major issue in economics, political science, health sciences and should be in the science of Education. This important concept includes other concepts as there are wellness, utility, the human development index, the ability to buy goods but also services, areas of freedom: economic liberalism (competition price-quality-request), respect for the rights of man, index of happiness, health, etc.:

1 Vienna; 2 me Zurich; 3rd Auckland; 4 am Munich; 5th Vancouver

From 1970, an initiation test to measure the QOL describing the impact of the emotional aspect and the social aspect as much as the physical aspect. So the dimensions of quality of life are the physical (autonomy, physical abilities); Somatic sensation (symptoms, consequences of trauma, treatment, pain procedures; the psychological state (anxiety, depression, emotional); social relationships (social relationships and relationship with the family, friendly or professional environment).

Since a few years, the concern to protect the environment is indexed. The Environmental Performance Index (EPI) (3) was built by the calculation and aggregation over 20 indicators reflecting environmental data at the national level. These indicators are grouped into nine categories of issues, each of them corresponding to two main objectives: the vitality of the ecosystem (ecosystem protection, resource management, pollution) and environmental health (the impact of the environment on human health).

By something, Europe and the countries of the North deserve champions of green protection Cap: the management of water resources, agriculture, the management of the fishery, of forests, but also climate change, biodiversity or the air:

1 Finland; 2nd the Iceland; 3rd Sweden; 4th Denmark, 5th Slovenia

While working is vitally important because it allows to invest in other activities which mean ensuring a future, have more health, volunteering, train more human resources qualified, remove families, etc. See the panorama by the year hours per week 2014 (4):

 1 Holland: 30;  2 Denmark: 33;  Netherlands:  34; Germany: 35; Sweden: 36

If you look at the list of countries which better worn in respect for human rights, we see the repetition of countries that stand already in other areas:

1 The Finland   2.  Denmark    3. The Netherlands    4. The Belgium 5. Austria

And countries where its inhabitants are happiest? 1. The Costa Rica; 2. The Iceland; 3. The Switzerland; 4  The Denmark; 5. The Sweden.

It will be wonderful to let soak for the desire to be better, arming of courage to leave mediocrity, forget the word indifference, do justice, stop the Covenant of immorality which exist between the «pure wool» in Quebec , canada if original immigrant, the silence of the immigrant mass in  The America  of Nord as anyone on this floor and require any necessary changes benefit our health be translated into quality of life and happiness. ALL WE HAVE THAT RIGHT.

The value of life

The world in which we live is led by the desire to make money, most hearts, what costs: fraudster, liar, steal, oppress, misinform, obscure, are the employees, realism means that surrounds us and that he must assume. Unique value, sole purpose, unique prism to see life in numbers, money, as sole motivation to live, some men want to reach for it to... where?  For to eat and to clothe more than another man? For devour more?  The empty heart and an the empty head cannot not fill materials, objects that have its existence thanks to the consumption of natural resources.

«Do Not Worry
22Then Jesus said to His disciples, “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat, or about your body, what you will wear. 23For life is more than food, and the body more than clothes. 24Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap; they have no storehouse or barn, yet God feeds them. How much more valuable are you than the birds! »
                                                                                                                                          Luke 12:23

The science of Economics is much needed but without an ethical framework, it becomes slave, wild, chaotic. It should be at the service of life: improving the quality of human life, standards of health, education, housing where human lives.

Economy and technology are subjugated by a mad produce more career and faster. Everything slowed down this production or that spending money is doomed: the fetus and mother who  wears,  childhood, seniors, the sick, the poor.

The man and the woman workers run to go to work and during long days of eight hours trying, at the rate similar to that of a machine, to produce more than what his physical and that his mind allow it to naturally.

This man can sleep between four and six hours a day. The rest of the time it is to educate their children, preparing their meals, which end up to be always fast, go to the toilet, do some shopping, store a little his home, do a little exercise to try to keep healthy and to people, at least, travel two hours to get to his work. This rhythm insane work, improperly called life, and the fact of living in the city, it takes away from the nature.

The Nature is voluntarily removed from our fields of vision and our proximity. The grandiose Nature with its beauty and its magnificence, leads to human to Marvel and wonder by the existence of something more sublime and greater than oneself.

A man who was surprised by the wonderful balance that Nature locked to give life to an entire planet with his creatures, the that form habitat frequented by men and that they have disrupted, can not continue to think that it is a dust was born to die no more.

A man who discovers the divinity of life in nature will come to discover his own and of other forms of life. When it will look at the sky, will be like the Sun, the Moon, the stars and the planets are necessary to ensure his presence on Earth.

"The idea that some lives are worth less than others is the root of all that is going wrong in this world".
                                                                               Dr. Paul Farmer

A man who understands will know the value of life, his life and all life forms. the importance of having time to live; that he is here to behave in court because will come a time where the creator of all life, will come to him asking how he made use of all his works. Will learn that it is transcendental and that no man leads an existence meaningless because there is a life from death, thanks to the plan of divine salvation.

He will know that love to his next one is and loving oneself in its proper measure are commandments. That love life, protect it and preserve it takes precedence.

He will know that simplicity, frugality is a correct attitude for making that all men have a life with a minimum of comfort and quality in equality.

It enhances the present moment because it is his past and his future and all three deserve to leave him pleasant memories, happiness and calm.

He thanked being alive. Reaches to understand that mercy, forbearance, empathy, purity of intention, be fair, optimistic and generous are laws for its evolution  that passes between step primitive individual human to human that recognizes the Divinity in all things.

                           Namaste.  Amen.

By love

«Working with love is to build a house with affection, even as if your beloved were to dwell in that house».

Kahlil Gibran

Reflecting on the testimony of a member of the family of one of the nurses who had committed suicide, in the CHUQ (2010) has received these words on the part of one  human resources employee: «This is not the first who is killed and won't be the last»  I asked myself this question: Health without ethics, it is health?** Is it human to die, get sick, suffer injuries, and become physically handicapped to take care of another human being or to produce?

Ethics, a branch of Philosophy devoted to the rational study of the application of morality, virtue, duty, happiness and quality of life, must be the basis of any human society.

Ethics should be present in the minds of its members, each family, each institution, in its professionals and its leaders. To develop projects, laws, companies, enterprises, to sell services, to make decisions and to interact with people, we must build our behavior on these concepts, if we not reap social chaos.

Bioethics, derivation of ethics applied to the systematic study of human behavior in relation to biology and medicine, checks the consistency between the universal ethical values and the moral values of professionals working in the field of health.  This science is a valuable tool for driving the limits of 'should do' in a democratic context, based on respect for human rights and the fundamental principles of bioethics[1]: the concepts of human person[2], human dignity[3], autonomy, integrity, fairness, charity, the non-malfeasance, utility.

Ethics is a constant intellectual invitation. This science it involving reflection by examining the professional behavior, placing participants in a continuous space of introspection on their personal values, their personal vision on life, on his profession and its relationship with the human.

Ethics leads us to wonder about the values and principles held by an occupation and its approximation or distance with its own individual personality. Then, this science studies the values and principles in a society. Its usefulness lies in establishing a diagnosis, to face what is currently with what it should be or should be, to encourage greater awareness to the need to improve.

Update on bioethics is not a loss of time or money. On the contrary, it means creating spaces interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary discussion which would allow a more accurate approximation on the State of health or infirmity of the workers in the field of health or any other economic sector. «Are we born to work like animals? » questioned Benito Pérez Galdòs.

«Where is the money that we have to win to be happy and enjoy; where is the money which, after work, stay me for my personal taste, to escape, to live, to enjoy, to dredge or here only one can survive? » singt Miguel Cantilo.

The construction and strengthening of health teams in the hospital or not, to discuss democratically on the Organization, quality of life, respect for the human rights and civil rights begin first with enforcement workers and then by clients.

Health begins with his house to then extend it to the neighbor's House. The employee ceases to be a number and becomes a voice, expressing his knowledge, psychological, moral and legal personality.

Take care of yourself, that is love; take care of hundreds , that's nurse care

Generally, bioethics is designed according to the customer, but it if applies also to the health of workers in occupational health, medicine to work, related professions at work, who by purpose improve or preserve health and protect and improve the quality of life of workers in the workplace. Adjustments in the conditions in which occurs the work, the reorganization of the work itself, the number of staff that executes and the changes in the physical environment can achieve these objectives.

In this sense, bioethics is identified with the objectives of the International Organization (ILO), which makes proposals and is focused on the recommendations to improve the quality of life of workers, demonstrates the poor working conditions, focuses on the importance that every human being has access to decent work (DW)[1] concept framed by ethics and that seeks social justice, competitive wages, gender equity, social security and training.

Nursing as a profession mainly composed by women, faces multiple risks, which transform it into health profession with increased risks for lower-paid and personal health in the field of health, even if it has the sympathy and recognition of the public worldwide.

The time is vitally important in the life of a person, both as health there. Around the time is structured and organized labour in eight hours after the 19th century. Few scientific studies have been made taking into account the time concepts, health and work during the 20th century, but most agree that breaks, with additional breaks by five minutes, breaks pee breaks to eat, increase productivity at work, reduce Visual discomfort, muscular-skeletal and improves the mental health of employees[1][2]. The recommendations that emerged from research done by Phd Angelo Soarez, among others, reveal that the health of the health staff is severely affected by the mismanagement of human resources[3].

While women are tired more than men, who by their physical structure, cannot perform considerable physical effort or lift weights, that we need to sleep more than men, that napping is beneficial to health[1] , that logically one cannot live if past 8 hours at work, 8-10 hours intended to sleep, live a life of family, career and social in the short time that remains on 24 hours, a reduction of the workday to six hours would be the best for all the employees[2].

About the breaks, can use the advice given by the University of Toronto[1] who says « 17 minutes pause for 52 minutes of work». And that relates to eat 30 minutes like it says ILO[2].

I opine that it can be used from same breaks best practices for intellectual work[1], by making a slight adjustment: 55 minutes of work, 5 minute break for the first hour of work; as soon as the next few hours, 50 minutes of work, 10 minutes from break*** and to eat, 45 minutes.

The nursing workload, one that provides quality of service, the public security, according to the powers granted by the level of education acquired, do a job without stress, respecting the time for each technique, could arrange as follows; one nurse, two nursing auxiliaries and two beneficiary attendants* to recipients on 4 patients without the complexity of attention (without major health complications)[1] . Three teams are led by a Bachelor's degree in nursing and this depends on the head of unit responsible for its shift. The recommendation of 1 nurse 4 patients is not gratitude new International Council of nurses (CNI).

«Live without reading is dangerous: force you to believe in what others say» Mafalda (fictional character, Argentine comics created by Quino). The recommendations of the CNI, it can be inferred that the quality of nursing care is produced by the ratio 1 nurse, 1 patient.

More complex care for the attention of a customer due to their State of health, personal nurse will be necessary with the reduction of the number of patients to load by a team.  In digestive surgery, for example, will be required two nurses, two auxiliary nurses and two attendants to recipients on 4 patients, led by a Bachelor's degree. This organization allows the delegation and participatory action of all members of the care team nurse.

Out of love for our nurses, by love for our people, for the sake of us - love to ourselves; let's take care of our health and that of the other. Change the negative paradigm of selfishness and violence by a positive and ethical paradigm. The paradigm brings the decent work which respects human dignity and respect for the life. Change for better health for all, for more quality of life. Change at 6-housr Workday

***People who are older need more following breaks

[1] In ethical or moral sense we call principle that practical judgement which derives immediately from acceptance of a value. The most basic value (the value of all human life, of every human being, i.e. its human dignity), is derived from the first and fundamental principle in which all others are based: the attitude of respect that it deserves by the mere fact of belonging to the human species, i.e., by their human dignity.
[2] Philosophical concept in opposition to the human individual.
[3] In knowledge about ourselves and opening of knowledge towards other human beings, we can recognize in US intelligence, will and freedom of man, features that form their human dignity and distance of other beings of nature. This singular value that is human dignity is presented as a call to the unconditional and absolute respect. A respect that should extend to all those who possess it: all human beings. For this reason, even in the case that society decided by consensus to fail to respect human dignity, this would still be a reality present in every citizen.  Thus, if it unites society decides to discriminateagainst a group within it, relegated to a deal unworthy, denying access to work, education, persecuted, locked up in concentration camps or removed, this contempt would not change anything its immeasurable value in both than humans.By its very nature, by the same force of belonging to the human species, by its particular potential genetic - disease is only capable of hiding but that will resurface again if the individual receives timely therapeutic - every human being is in itself worthy and deserving of respect.
[4] Notion of decent work arises as a response to the growing vulnerability of the workers, mainly young people, women, the poor, indigenous, older adults and children. TD implies employment in quantity and quality, load appropriate work, decent and fair, work that includes respect for rights, adequate and equitable income, satisfactory working conditions, social protection, in the context of freedom of Association and social dialogue.
[5] In Canada, most provinces and Territories provide workers only a break for lunch (unpaid) half an hour after each period of five consecutive hours of work. According to the ILO - International Labour Office - among industrialized countries the Canada, the United States and New Zealand are the only countries that do not have pauses minimally regulated. McCann, D. (2005). Working time laws: a global perspective. Geneva: ILO.
In Quebec, according to the law on labour (LNT) standards, the coffee break and pee breaks are not mandatory, but must be paid and included in the calculation of hours worked when they are granted by the employer. As in other provinces, the NTA is addressed only the 30 minute lunch, without pay, after a period of 5 consecutive hours for a meal. This period must be paid if the worker cannot work to eat.
